Shipping Errors

Once your order has been placed and your address is submitted for shipment, the order is final. FLKR LYTR LLC is not responsible for any changes to your shipping address once the order is submitted and the package is sent out. Please double check your shipping address carefully and ensure it is accurate. No refunds will be given if you accidentally input the incorrect address.

1. Shipping Cost:

  • Standard Shipping: $7.99 per order. This cost applies to all orders unless otherwise specified. Pricing for International may differ. 

2. Free Shipping:

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders totaling $30 or more before taxes and any applicable discounts. The free shipping offer is automatically applied at checkout.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 Lighter Disclaimer

FLKR LYTR products do not come with a lighter. Lighters are sold separately and can be purchased from any head shop or convenient store.

Address Accuracy

It is essential to provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. FLKR LYTR is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is provided and the item is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship the item to the correct address.

Address Issue

We may place your order on hold if your address has been flagged as invalid or incomplete until we can get in touch with you for confirmation. This can cause delays in shipping & delivery times. Please check your inbox / junk folder if your order has not been updated within our shipping timeframe. If we are unable to reach you, we may cancel / refund your order to avoid your package being lost in transit. Please note that this is not a fail-safe. Only you are responsible for your address being entered correctly.

Delayed for Review

Orders that are flagged as potentially fraudulent are placed on hold for review. This can cause delays in shipping times. Please check your inbox / junk folder if your order has not been updated within our shipping timeframe. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Lost Packages

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost by the shipping service provider, FLKR LYTR will replace the lost item(s) at no extra charge. We will work with the shipping service to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times

Our team strives to process and ship orders promptly. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. After processing, standard shipping times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping

At this time, FLKR LYTR offers shipping outside the United States. We do offer international shipping options. Locations may vary.
