Since 2017, FLKR LYTR prides itself in being the first publicly available and patented Fidget Spinner Lighter case with various FLKR models.

The FLKR LYTR product was invented in Boston, Mass, during the era of the first Fidget Spinner craze. Our products are protected under the United States Patent and Trademark Office (U.S.P.T.O.) intellectual property laws to ensure their uniqueness and to defend against imitation and copycats.

U.S. Utility Patent US11022306B2 "Fidget Lighter Device"

We can be super formal about it, but pretty much what this means is that we are creating a lighter with the caps and spinning mechanism built into it.

So sadly, by law you can't get into the development of such a product.
The Patent covers the functional design and dual-purpose nature of the device, combining a lighter sleeve with a rotating disc for stress relief.

U.S. Utility Patent US10859266B2 "Fidget Lighter Sleeve Device"

This seems like an easy one, but people will still try to copy and alter versions of the original FLKR Lighter fidget spinner lighter case. This patent covers the ornamental design and integrated spinning mechanism unique to our product. Knock offs will happen, so we won't knock you for trying (little pun) - just remember these patents grant FLKR® exclusive rights to manufacture, sell, and distribute this product.
